Custom work gets drawn before the appointment. Walk-ins are done while the chair is free — ring first if you're driving more than twenty minutes.

Before you come in

  • Photo ID — a licence or state ID, every time
  • Eat something first. Low blood sugar is the most common reason a session stops early
  • No alcohol for 24 hours. It thins the blood and it's not negotiable
  • Wear something that gives access to the placement
  • Under 18 needs a parent or guardian in the room, with ID for both

Deposits hold the chair and come off the final session. What applies depends on size and how many sittings the piece takes — ask at the counter or on the phone.
